Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Polo Assn tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
